By submitting a paid order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. The checkout page shows the product, total price, and payment action before you confirm the order. Successful payment and package access are confirmed in the Lumashots flow.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement to purchase or use Lumashots.

Lumashots creates AI-assisted professional portraits from customer-supplied reference photos and selected styles. Free previews are watermarked. The current paid package includes ten generated headshots, including the selected preview when it is unlocked.

Generated results can vary. We do not guarantee an exact pose, expression, outfit detail, background detail, or exact resemblance in every output. Review your free previews before purchasing.

• You retain your rights in photos you upload.
• You grant Lumashots and its processors a limited license to store, transform, and process those photos only to operate, secure, and support the service.
• You must own the photos or have permission to use them and must have the depicted person's permission.
• Do not upload photos of another person for impersonation, deception, harassment, unlawful surveillance, or any illegal or rights-infringing purpose.

Once payment is completed, Lumashots grants you a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, crop, resize, edit, publish, and display your purchased outputs for personal and professional commercial purposes. Examples include LinkedIn, CVs, company websites, team pages, portfolios, advertising your own services, speaker profiles, and social media.

The license does not allow you to sell or sublicense an output as a standalone stock image, identity document, or reusable image asset; claim that Lumashots or another person endorses you; use an output unlawfully; or violate another person's privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights.

AI-generated material may not qualify for copyright protection in every country, and similar content may be generated for others. Lumashots does not promise exclusivity or that an output is free of every third-party right.

Prices and package contents are shown before checkout. Purchased headshot credits do not expire under the current offer. Generating a headshot consumes one credit; downloading it again does not. If a generation permanently fails, its allocation is restored.

Credits are personal, non-transferable, and have no cash value except where a refund or mandatory law requires otherwise. If Lumashots permanently discontinues the service, we will provide reasonable notice or an appropriate remedy for unused paid credits where practicable.

Paid files remain downloadable for 30 days after generation, and free previews remain available for 14 days. You are responsible for downloading paid files before their displayed expiry. Source selfies are deleted on the schedule described in our image-processing policy.

Purchases include the voluntary seven-day satisfaction promise described in our refund policy. A full refund revokes unused credits and future download access. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

You may not misuse the service, bypass access or payment controls, automate promotional claims, interfere with security, reverse engineer protected prompt or model logic, or use Lumashots to create unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory, or rights-infringing material.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Lumashots is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase, except where liability cannot legally be limited, including for intent or gross negligence.

Swiss law governs these terms, without overriding mandatory consumer protections or mandatory jurisdiction rules that apply to you. Subject to those rules, courts in Basel, Switzerland have jurisdiction.
