Seven-day satisfaction promise

If you are unhappy with a Lumashots purchase, you may request a full refund within seven calendar days after payment.

How to request a refund

Email support@lumashots.com within seven calendar days of the purchase timestamp. Include the email used for checkout and, if available, the payment date or receipt reference so we can locate the purchase securely.

You do not need to provide a detailed reason, although feedback helps us improve.

What the refund covers

  • An eligible request receives a refund of the full price paid for that package.
  • The refund is sent to the original payment method through Stripe.
  • Bank or card-provider processing times are outside Lumashots' control.

What happens to the package

A full refund revokes unused credits, paid entitlements, and future download authorization associated with that payment. Files already downloaded cannot technically be recalled; after a full refund, the commercial-use license for the refunded outputs ends and you should stop using and delete those copies.

A partial refund, if separately agreed, does not change package access unless we explicitly confirm otherwise.

Fair use and mandatory rights

We may reject fraudulent, abusive, duplicate, or repeated bad-faith requests. This voluntary promise is additional to, and does not limit, refund, warranty, or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
